Supercomputing!

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, NO! It’s a SUPERcomputer! Oh man.. when can I have 1,500 TeraFlops of computing power from a 130,000  core processor  in my own house… T__T

Am learning about computer architecture now, all the pipelining, superscalar-ing, VLIW-ing, IA-64-ing. Check out this site (Top500 Supercomputing Sites) for all your supercomputing statistics.

Now that’s a real notebook.

I was just holding my notebook(laptop) in the traditional way a person holds a book a few days ago, and wished that they actually(or I could do a startup, whichever) make the notebook hold and read like a real book so that I can read/write notes on my PDF notes/readings naturally not like in this disgusting 1280×800 view.

And then, Microsoft announces this.

Web 4.0??

I didn’t realise there was a web 3.0 now… they’re already talking about web 4.0. Convergence. Heck I’m already in the process of implementing the technologies in school. I should have known.
